They kept me informed each step of the way and answer all my questions. They exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the final result. The crew showed up on time and finished the replacement of roof as promised in a day . They took great care of my landscaping and kept the site clean from all debris and nails. The quality of work was outstanding and the finished roof looks AMAZING . I would definitely recommend Z3 Renovation to anyone in need of a repair or a new roof. See more See less

Z3 came to the house to inspect, aided us with filing a claim with insurance, met up with the insurance adjuster, communicated delivery of material and construction days. Crew showed up on time, and left the yard clean (free of nails). Communication, construction was excellent. One of the best “remodeling experiences” we have had.
